Direct Claims Reporting:

Estimates for Repairs: You may get an estimate from the contractor or auto body shop of your choice, but repairs should not be started until a claims representative has contacted you. For a less urgent loss, it can be as easy as submitting one estimate. For larger losses, an appraiser or adjuster will work with your body shop or contractor to reach an agreed repair figure.
